Tomato Soup

Ingredients

§ 46 ounces Tomato Juice

§ ½ Cup Heavy Cream

§ 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil – Chopped

§ Salt & Pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in Pot.

2. Bring to Boil then reduce to Simmer.

3. Let Thicken for 20 Minutes.

4. Add Salt & Pepper to Taste.
