    CHILI

    1. 2 POUNDS GROUND CHUCK

    2. 1 CUP CHOPPED ONION

    3. 1 CLOVE MINCED GARLIC

    4. 1 ½ TEASPOON SALT

    5. 1 TEASPOON OREGANO

    6. 3/8 CUP CHILI POWDER

    7. 1 CAN (15 OUNCE) TOMATO SAUCE

    8. 2 CUPS WATER

    9. 1 can (16 ounce) ranch style pinto beans

    Brown meat with onion, garlic and seasonings.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Simmer for at least one hour.

    Serves 8

    Top with sour cream, chopped green onions and shredded cheese.
