    Our Pastry Chef – Steffie Dikeakos

    Steffie was born and raised in upstate New York where she grew up working in her family’s restaurant business. She attended the Culinary Institute of America and worked as a Pastry Chef at several New York City establishments. Steffie loves to travel and enjoys cooking for friends and family. She brings quite a repertoire of tasty new pasty’s and desserts to Green Apple Events & Catering in addition to being an extremely kind person. We love having Steffie on our team!

  • April Recipe of the Month

    Grape Salsa on Goat Cheese Crostini

    • 1 Cup Seedless Purple Grapes – Thinly Sliced
    • ¼ Cup Red Onion – Minced
    • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro – Chopped
    • Chevre Goat Cheese – Small Brick
    • 2 Medium Baguettes
    1. Mix sliced grapes, minced red onion and chopped cilantro together. Add salt & pepper to taste.
    2. To make crostini, slice baguettes. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
    3. Spread goat cheese on crostini.
    4. Top with Grape Salsa mixture and serve.
